When you first buy your KitchenAid, I HIGHLY suggest that you use it as often as possible and use as many features as possible. This will allow you to see if there’s any problems with it and, if so, return it while still under warranty.

While I love my KitchenAid, it sometimes spits stuff over the edges and makes a bit of a mess. To deal with this, just drape a towel over it to catch any and all of the mess.

When not using your KitchenAid, use a shower cap to cover it. The shower cap will sit on there pretty tightly and prevent dust and other debris from settling in the bottom of the bowl.

Did you know that you can shred chicken with your KitchenAid? Yeah, if you didn’t, your life is about to get 100 times easier. Just stick the chicken into the KitchenAid and use the beater attachment!

Something I like to do when I’m not using my KitchenAid is to store all of the attachments in the bowl. This helps save on space and keeps things neat and organized.

If you haven’t used your KitchenAid in a while, it’s a good idea to run it every few days. There is a lubricant in the KitchenAid that can begin to leak if it cools down too much, so running it will help keep it in good shape.

Make your own brown sugar at home by mixing molasses and sugar. It’s so easy and way better than buying separate types of sugar. Just mix until it gets to the texture and taste that you like!
