Light fixtures are another item in your kitchen that are easy to replace and don’t cost an arm and a leg to do so. Depending on the size of your kitchen, you should probably be able to repaint the walls without exceed a $2,000 budget. Choose a color that matches your linens and dishware so that it all goes together really well!
A new sink not only is an aesthetic fix, but it is also probably a practical one. A new sink means it works better, it’s cleaner, and it will last longer.

For those of you with more floor space in your kitchen, consider adding an island. This is actually a pretty cheap remodel (depending on how big and the quality of the materials you use), so it should keep you within budget.
For $2,000, you should be able to get some pretty nice chairs or stools for your kitchen. The quality is going to depend on how many you need to buy; but you should be able to buy some good ones with your budget.
