Clean A Stainless Steel Sink
First, grab that baking soda and sprinkle it liberally over the bottom of your stainless steel sink. Use a sponge to scrub the sink. Take care to go in the direction of the grain for best results. Work the baking soda over all the sink surfaces.
Once the baking soda is covering all the sink’s surfaces, grab the distilled white vinegar. Pour some into a spray bottle and spray it liberally over the baking soda. The baking soda will begin to bubble and fizz. Give this chemical reaction some time to work a little magic on your sink. One thing it will do is remove hard water stains and mineral deposits.
Now thoroughly rinse the sink until no traces of baking soda and vinegar remain.
Once the sink is rinsed clean, use a dry towel to dry all the surfaces and remove all water.
Grab the olive {or vegetable} oil, because it’s time to bring back the shine! Put some olive oil on a clean, soft cloth or natural sponge. Use the cloth and olive oil to buff all the surfaces of the stainless steel sink to a pretty shine. Not only does olive oil shine restore the shine, it also protects the sink by repelling hard water. Your sink will remain clean for longer.
See how easy and inexpensive it is to clean a stainless steel sink? Now you can take that baking soda and vinegar and use it to get your towels soft and fluffy again!
