Use your vacuum and its attachments to thoroughly remove loose dirt, then follow that up with a good spot cleaner and white microfiber towels on any stains. A portable carpet steamer can help clear up tough stains.
Hardwood Floors: Run a lamb’s wool mop over hardwood floors. The natural lanolins in the lamb’s wool give a quick shine to hardwood floors with only a little bit of time investment.
Windows:Focus on cleaning the outside of your windows where the most dirt happens. Be sure to choose a cloudy day with no wind or rain and the job will automatically be easier. {Bright sunlight heats the windows and encourages streaking}.
