• First, thoroughly blot up as much of the urine as possible.
• Use a spray bottle with full-strength white distilled vinegar. Spray the vinegar onto the urine stain.
• Allow the vinegar to penetrate the carpet and neutralize the scent.
• Now blot up the vinegar with a clean dry towel or paper towels.
• Once the stain is just slightly damp, sprinkle it with baking soda.
• Let the baking soda sit on the carpet overnight. Vacuum it up the next day.
